These terms cover use of the Abraaj Water website https://abraajku.com, browsing products and submitting orders. Please read these terms and the privacy and returns policies before submitting an order.
Products and prices
Prices are shown in Kuwaiti dinars, with the pack quantity and size for each product. Review the cart and total before confirming. Availability and offers may change; the team will contact you if an item or order cannot be fulfilled.
Orders and confirmation
Provide an accurate name, phone number and delivery address. An order number acknowledges receipt of your information; it does not by itself confirm stock or a delivery time. Keep your order number when contacting customer service to correct details or request cancellation.
Simulated payment
Payments in this version are simulated and do not charge money. Card, CVV and verification values are fixed demonstration data; do not enter real financial information. A successful simulation saves a test order, not a paid transaction. These terms will be updated before live payments are enabled.
Delivery, amendments and cancellation
Delivery serves Kuwait. Customer service coordinates delivery timing and fulfilment details. Contact the team promptly for changes or cancellation; changes depend on the fulfilment stage. This page does not promise a delivery deadline or fees not approved by Abraaj.
Website use and content
Use the website lawfully. Do not submit fraudulent orders, access other customers’ information or disrupt the service. Brand names, logos, imagery and content belong to their rights holders and require permission for reuse. App-store links are subject to those providers’ terms.
