Scope
This page explains how to request cancellation or report a problem with Abraaj Water products on https://abraajku.com. It does not limit consumer rights applicable in Kuwait or set unapproved deadlines or fees.
Cancellation before delivery
Contact customer service on 1844666 with your order number as soon as possible. The team will review the preparation stage and whether cancellation or quantity/address changes are possible, then confirm the result.
Damaged or incorrect products
Check product quantities, types and condition on receipt. For damaged, incorrect or missing items, keep the packaging, order number and clear photos, and contact customer service. Do not consume any product whose safety is in doubt.
Review of returns or replacement
Abraaj reviews the order, packaging condition and issue to determine a suitable remedy, such as completing a missing delivery, replacement or a refund where due. Opened packaging or unsuitable storage may affect change-of-mind returns of sound products; this does not remove rights for defects or non-conformity.
Refunds and simulated payment
The current simulated gateway charges no money, so there is no simulated payment to refund. Refund methods, timing and related conditions must be approved and published before live payments are enabled. Never send card numbers, CVV or verification codes to customer service.
